Kenetics EV is a proposed business model for Ken Garff Automotive Group based on the transportation trends and the need for Electric Vehicle adoption. The projects starts by exploring how Electric Vehicles can complement new market trends like Transportation as a Service (TaaS). It follows this by exploring the benefits of EV's and why adoption has been so low. Finally, the project explores in detail the key components of an EV focused TaaS model as a subscription service. It explores key consumer needs and how Garff can build a long term advantage off of it.
